Through prevention, intervention and education efforts, Childhood supports over 120 programs in urban, sub-urban and rural areas in 14 countries. In 2007, Childhood donated over 10 million USD to programs worldwide, and has since its inception donated over 40 million USD to help children at risk.
Childhood USA is based in New York City and in addition to funding global projects currently funds 15 programs in the U.S. Check them out at www.childhood-usa.org.
Giving Children A Childhood
AQ Kafé exclusively supports Childhood’s local initiatives, focusing on helping children and young mothers in the community.
At AQ Kafé they offer a specially designed Childhood tote bag and all of the proceeds are donated to the World Childhood Foundation, with the remainder going to cover the costs of the bag. AQ Kafé is not making a profit by offering the bags to its shoppers. A percentage of sales from their Cash Cards and Kids Menu is also donated to Childhood.
love the food and the salads, however on a couple of occasions they have been late on a delievery without all the items, which can be disapointing especially when the order is for a lunch meeting

I like this restaurant but ordering from them via Seamless Webb was a disaster. Their delivery person could not follow the instructions I had given to phone from my office building lobby. I ended up waiting in my building lobby for him to return and although the restaurant told me he was "on the corner" he never appeared. After over an hour waiting and the intervention of Seamless Web, they agreed to cancel my lunch order. By this time, it was 3:30pm. Seamless Webb was very helpful but I think the restaurant could have offered something beyond being willing to cancel an order that never arrived.

Terrible. It sounds good, but the turkey was old (mushy and stinky) and it had been pre-made, so the bread was soggy. Pathetic attempt.
